Ok, what is the deal with all this saliva? I keep making myself cough, there is so much. Mad. Everything still smells really strong and I am very tired, still got the low abdominal building site grumbly pains, but other than that there isn't much to show me I'm pregnant apart from the lack of periods.
Mum seems very excited. She was even looking at baby stuff in John Lewis apparently. I think she might be ready to be a Grandma. Which is good since it will be the 5th time.
She says she can't remember getting morning sickness, but then again, she can't remember being pregnant at all. Whether this due to the 41 years since it last happened or too much gin, I have no idea. Maybe both.
Still haven't told Dad. He'll only worry, best to leave it a bit longer, just to be sure.
Have a date for the first scan. 6 weeks hence, Wednesday 28th December.
Wonder if it will be a happy new year?
